Absolutely not. With clarity, we only onetime charge as an Administration fee before listing any property once you signup with the business. But at the moment, we are running it with free of cost and if you want to upgrade for pricing plans, please feel free to navigate our site.
At this moment, we are running business on Promotion phase. We are listing all types of rental properties or properties on sale with free of cost. But we have various plans with better feature and more sales target which is more suitable for the businesses or even an individuals once you are logged in to our website/mobile apps.

You can select the option ‘Signup’ in Website or in mobile application. You will then have to fill your details as an individual or business with some security information in order to protect your account.
